Rockhopper Vs. Ernesto
At the risk of being described as un-literary (is that a word?), I will, as much as possible, let the pictures speak for themselves!
This is what it NORMALLY looks like from the shore
This is what it looked like at 4:00, Friday afternoon, about two hours after Ernesto had passed through
From on board, after we dinghied from the pier (technically, Suzanne dinghied, Frank towed)
Just across from us, the piers were under and the fuel dock was headed down!
Normally, it is pretty quiet in the center of the marina, but there were rumors of another storm surge on Saturday, so the
big power boats that are normally kept under sheds were moved to the open center section.  However, no storm
surge, so two hours later, we were all alone again.
